  • Pages visited, time spent, and usage patterns

c. Client Data Responsibility

As an insurance agent using Insura, you act as the Data Fiduciary for your clients’ data. Insura acts as a Data Processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their data.

3. WhatsApp Communication Integration

Insura integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API to enable communication between insurance agents and their clients.
